Unlimited online support

With this option all the users will be able to receive on-line support through Skype or unlimited call/video conferences.

On-line support is available for 8 hours, 5 days a week during regular work hours.

If on-line support is not available or it's not an urgent matter, the client can use our Online Ticket platform to send a request. When an answer is provided he will be warned by an e-mail.
