Customization Policy

Last update 2020, August, 10th

1. Every activity is considered customization when we have to enter in the back-end of your private website using any kind of credentials even when we do not touch anything.
2. When you give credentials to us, you are aware that credentials are about your pre-production environment.
3. Any customization in never free and the price starts from 20.00 € (or 30 USD).
4. We do not make customizations evaluated more than 300.00 € (or 350 USD). Over that price the customization is considered a software project and you are invited to enter in contact with us clicking here
5. Any customizations may be paid in advance.
6. We could ask you to confirm the requirement document and the test plan prepared by us, eventually. If both of us understand that the technical intervention is different from what was expected before, you or us could cancel the agreement and we will refund the entire payment without any question.
7. We can submit the requirement document to you anytime but not over 3 days after the delivery date.
8. You should adjust our requirement document within 3 days after our request.
9. When Test Plan Document is both confirmed by you and by us, the acceptance test is considered passed only when each test is passed and in this case no refund can be asked anymore.
10. In case of acceptance test missing, or no requirement document issued or requirement not agreed, you may ask the complete refund until 30 days starting from delivery date.
11. The acceptance is also considered passed if you do not ask anything to us within 3 days after the delivery date.
12. The money refund procedure could take up to 5 days.
